Pine Hill Ridge

30 miles south of Glendive, MT is 22,883 acres of contiguous, one block, ranch of which 10,138 is deeded and 12,745 acres of BLM and Montana State lease. This ranch runs 700 pairs for 8 to 10 months or 1000 yearlings and has treed ridges and large open grass meadows. Watered supplied by a pipeline with a 150 gpm well, 13 reservoirs and Cedar Creek flowing north to south through the ranch. Good set of buildings and corrals with other remote corrals make this a great working cattle ranch. There is a network of roads for easy access though the ranch. As an added benefit, wildlife are elk, deer, antelope, turkeys, upland bird hunting as well as trout fishing.
