Adam started in real estate in 2004 when he was a Licensed Real Estate Assistant at a top Century 21 office in Indiana. In 2005 he returned to his roots and moved back to Minocqua where he joined RE/MAX as a Buyer Specialist. In 2007 he became an independent agent for RE/MAX First as the Owner of The BlueWaterNorth Group. Then in 2011 he opened Redman Realty Group, LLC and has been raising the bar for real estate in the Northwoods.
