Blake Ledyard

Blake grew up working on horse farms and competing in the Arabian horse industry where he won many national and regional championships. The dream of a career in the farm & ranch industry began at a young age while he spent most of his life traveling from ranch to ranch and admiring what was unique to each one. He went on to earn a degree in Business Management and Business Marketing from Texas Tech University. Then he went to Neely School of Business at TCU to earn his Petroleum Land Practices Certificate.

Spending over seven years traveling the state while he worked as a petroleum land man was a constant reminder of his true passion and dream. Since he transitioned into the industry of farm & ranch sales over six years ago, he has discovered that it is far more satisfying than he ever imagined.

Blake is based out of Austin, Texas, where he lives with his wife and their son. They enjoy spending time at their ranch in Llano County where they enjoy relaxing, hunting and salt-water fishing. When he isnt spending time with his family or selling ranches, he is serving as the 2020 President of the Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. He previously served TALB as Vice President in 2019 and Director in 2018.

Blake is always looking to expand his already extensive knowledge, experience and background in the farm and ranch industry. Which is why he is more than willing to spend a great amount of time helping his clients find the perfect ranch property. He is a firm believer that his diligence and patience not only allow him to better serve his clients, but also to educate them and learn more about the market himself.
