David Klein

Vice President, Managing Broker, Auctioneer and Farm Manager of First Mid Ag Services, Bloomington, Illinois. He is a native of Gridley, Illinois who has managed, sold, acquired and valued land in Illinois and Iowa for over twenty years. David is an Accredited Farm Manager by the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers. He serves as the Chairman of the Illinois Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers Farmland Values Committee, which tracks farmland value changes and trends throughout the state. David is also an Accredited Land Consultant by the REALTORS Land Institute and is on the Board of Directors the Illinois Chapter. In 2014, and 2020 Dave was named the Illinois Land Broker of the Year by this organization. In 2018, he was named a RLI-APEX Top 20 Producer.
