David M. Simpson

Hi folks, I'm David M. Simpson. I grew up here in Middle Tennessee in beautiful Warren County, the nursery capital of the world. I was raised in my family's livestock auction business. I've been buying and selling livestock since I was a youngster. From 1998 to 2007 I was the manager at Warren County Livestock where I met and got to know many of the folks in this area. My experience with people in buying and selling livestock has lent itself to the easy way in which I work with people buying and selling homes, land, and commercial property.

From 2001 to 2007 I was very fortunate to be able to work as an auctioneer and real estate broker with a local legend, Paul Holder. Since 2001 I have also worked as a livestock auctioneer. I have auctioned and worked the ground at many types of auctions during my auction career. I know the ins and outs of the auction process and I am willing to put that knowledge to work for you.

I am the father of five very charming children: Mason, Gwyneth, Isabella, Rose, and Mark. They're very excited about their father's real estate business and so is their mother, Tiffany. My family will tell you that I'm not a high pressure guy. I'm here to help you acquire or dispose of your property in a professional and friendly manner.
