David Williamson

David started his real estate career in 1998 leasing and selling commercial real estate. David enjoyed commercial real estate, but his passion for the outdoors led him to rural land sales. In 2006, David decided to pursue his passion of the outdoors and started focusing on land sales only. Since then, David has worked with private individuals and industrial land owners selling tracts of land as small as a few acres to well over 10,000 acres in North Florida, Southwest Georgia and Southeast Alabama.

In 2016, David decided to leave the family he had known for 18 years in the commercial real estate industry and move to a company that solely focused on land sales and land management. AFM Real Estate has become his new family, giving David the support needed to best serve the client with real estate services, foresters, appraisers, mapping specialist, wildlife biologists, data analysts and environmental managers.
