Doug Wright

I grew up in the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains in NW Georgia. From the time I was big enough to carry a bow, gun or fishing pole, I was roaming the ridges and valleys in that region hunting and fishing. As a young man I recall reading about the legendary hunting found throughout the midwest and seeing pictures of giant deer and beautiful farms. You could say I fell in love. I got involved in real estate early in my professional career. I would invest every penny I could save into buying and selling real estate, in hopes that one day I could raise a family on a nostalgic midwest farm like I had always dreamed about. My journey eventually brought me to southern Illinois where our familys dream is now becoming reality. I met a man named Brandon Swartzlander a few years ago, who was equally passionate about real estate and hunting and a friendship was quickly formed. I am proud to now be a member of his team at Midwest Farm and Land. I have been so blessed to now be doing life with my beautiful family here in Southern Illinois and my goal is to use my years of experience to help others pursue their needs and dreams in real estate!
