Emily Belser

As the daughter of a forester who took me hunting and fishing since I was young, the outdoors have always been my passion. I earned my undergraduate degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Biology at Clemson University (11), my M.S. at the University of Georgia (13) in Forest Resources, and my Ph.D. in Wildlife Science from Texas A&M University-Kingsville (19). I have worked as a biologist for both Texas and Georgia state wildlife agencies, focusing on habitat management and technical guidance for private landowners. Throughout my career, I have worked with some of the largest ranches and plantations in their respective states, along with some unique and biologically diverse properties. With a strong background in wildlife and habitat management, I have an advantage for seeing the potential in any parcel of land to become a dream property.
