Jake was born and raised in Eau Claire, Wisconsin where deer hunting and the outdoors were in his blood. He graduated from the University of Minnesota-Duluth with a degree in Business Administration and Finance. He has dedicated his work to help others achieve their goal of acquiring or selling a quality piece of property. His expertise has been built on a foundation of knowledge about land, whitetail deer, and their habitat. Jake startedEleva Ridge Whitetails in Southern Eau Claire County, that has over 3,000acres of private landowners dedicated to improving the overall age structure of the herd and the quality of the habitat to benefit the local deer. Jake knows what it takes to grow and hold mature bucks, helping a buyer find thisand advising you on implementing these practices is what Jake specializes in. Jake manages 3 different farms totaling over 1000 acres, his main goal is to strive and maximize each properties potential for growing bucks to 5 years old.Jake also advises clients on how to improve their property to have the best habitat plan for whitetails. It's more than just the hunting for Jake, it is the time he spends with his family and friends experiencing and sharing in the wonders of the wild that keeps him so motivated and passionate about the outdoors. Passing the outdoors on to his family is a very important aspect of his life. Jake and Katelyn have 3 wonderful children to share the outdoors with, Bella, Bear, and Boone.
