Missouri Land and Farm
Brookfield, MO
JEFFREY QUINN is a 1998 graduate of Marceline High School in Marceline, Missouri and attended Northwest Missouri State University for business management. His love for his hometown of Marceline and the hunting opportunities available in north-central Missouri brought him home after college. Jeffrey married his wife Darcy, and continued to work in his family’s business, Quinn Lumber Company. In addition, he also managed a small herd of Black Angus cattle and began purchasing row crop acreages. Jeffrey and Darcy have two sons, Hunter and Conner, and continue to live in Marceline.
In 2007, Jeffrey earned his real estate license. Selling real estate quickly became a passion and he combined his love of the outdoors with his love of real estate. In 2010, he became a broker for Missouri Land and Farm in Brookfield, Missouri. Jeffrey left the family business in 2012 to broker real estate for Missouri Land and Farm full-time.
Jeffrey currently owns, leases, or helps manage several thousand acres in north-central Missouri. He has high expectations for his properties and works hard to increase the productivity and longevity of his row crop fields, while creating exceptional habitats to support large herds of whitetails, numerous turkey, and a wide variety of waterfowl. He meticulously plants and manages food plots, re-positions stands, maintains nesting areas and more because he deeply believes that, “If a job is worth doing, it’s worth doing right.” It’s a philosophy he applies to every aspect of his life including raising his family, farming, and coaching his sons’ youth football and wrestling teams.
“Doing the job right” is also his approach to selling real estate. Growing up on the family farm near Marceline, Jeffrey knows the area well. He understands how to help people find that perfect property, and that wonderful feeling of pride in ownership.
