I have always loved enjoyed agriculture and being outdoors. I was raised on a cotton and cattle farm in West Texas. I have always been interested in Real Estate but a series of events helped make my decisions to get my license and begin selling. I was farming and ranching in Hamilton, County and my land I was leasing went up for sale and I showed the realtor where the well was and where the cross fences were. That land I was leasing to farm became land I used to lease before it sold. I did not find a place to replace those acres so I had to figure out what I was going to do. I have always tried to stay connected with various trade groups so I was at a Farm Bureau Leadership conference where I met some other farmers/ranchers who sold real estate. These realtors approached me to help them with their listings and buyers. It has been a extremely fun and rewarding endeaver. I am still actively involved in my own hay, cattle, and agritourism ventures. I am currently on the Erath County, Farm Bureau Board, the Cross Timbers Soil and Water Conservation Board. My experience outside of Real Estate is what helps me help my clients well. I use my first hand knowledge of land improvement through conservation to guide my clients in buying or selling property. I love what I do and I love meeting new clients who become friends.
