If you're buying a property, we give half of the buyer's agent commission back at closing. For example, if you're buying a $500,000 house, on average you'll get a rebate of $7,000 that goes towards your closing costs/down payment. If you're selling a property, we don't charge a percentage of the purchase price. We charge a flat fee of $3,500. We think it's an enormous amount of value for everything we offer. We cover professional photography that comes with a floor plan and an interactive walkthrough, listing on the MLS and every major RE website, lockbox and sign installation and management, offer negotiation, transaction coordination and we do an open house the weekend after going live on the listing. At the end of the day, we don't necessarily do more or less work based on the price of the house. Why should our commission reflect that it does?
