Kelly Duckett-Corbin

I am a local Culpeper native who grew up on a dairy farm just outside the town of Culpeper. My family owns and operates 3 farms where they raise beef cattle. We are very invested in the piedmont area and love to sell real estate in the beautiful countryside of Virginia. My husband and I reside in Culpeper with our kids and blue heeler Milo. We are very involved in the community and like to give back and support in any way we can. My real estate career started back in May 2005 as a Realtor. My business continued to grow and in 2015 I expanded into the Duckett Corbin Team. I own an operate a 3 person team that I feel proud to say works very hard to meet all of our clients challenges and the ever changing market. We work as buyer's agent assisting first time home buyer's from start to settlement, and beyond. We work as listing agents helping seller's determine the value of their home, preparing an individualized marketing plan, & working aggressively to assist in the sale of the property.
