Your 3A Team Accessible, Accurate, and Attentive! Merrite sets high standards and goals for himself. He works hard to maintain those high standards and achieve his goals. Merrite is a Colorado native from the small town of Walden. He graduated from Mesa State College (now Colorado Mesa University) with a Bachelor in Business Management in 2001. He moved away for a few years, then moved back to the Grand Valley and has been here ever since. After many years of management in the oilfield, Merrite decided to change paths and focus his energy into his real estate career. Merrite and his wife live in Fruita, and they love the small-town atmosphere and all the activities that the Grand Valley has to offer. Their youngest son attends the local school in Fruita. Their oldest is majoring in music at Colorado Mesa University in Grand Junction. Merrite s goal in the real estate business is to provide a quality service that he can build long standing relationships on.
