Following tremendous success & growth, the Mock Ranches Group-Houston Division was launched in 2020 when Kasey Mock & Chad Andrus partnered to bring the highest level of service that their clients have come to expect to the Houston area. Chad is an Accredited Land Consultant & serves as the Operating Partner for the Houston Division.

In 2023, Chad was recognized as the Regional Land Broker of the Year for Residential Land Sales through the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) & is a multi-year recipient of the RLI APEX Producers Club Award. He is a member of the KW Land & KW Luxury Divisions, a member of the Realtors Land Institute & Texas Chapter committee, a Member/Owner & Ambassador for the Land Broker Co-Op, member of the Texas Land Broker Network, & Texas Alliance of Land Brokers. Additionally, Chad is the Past President of the Texas Rice Festival, and has served on its Executive committee since 2004.
