M.T. Anderson

M.T. Anderson is a broker with Crater Lake Realty who specializes in ranch and recreational properties. M.T. is no newcomer to the ranching world. He has worked on, and managed ranches for the last 20 years in Eastern Oregon and Nevada. Currently he owns and operates a 75,000 acre commercial cow/calf and yearling operation in Grant County Oregon. Along with this, he also owns a registered Hereford operation and a large scale quarter horse operation. M.T. has many contacts and connections in the livestock industry. His professional experience gives him incredible perspective on ranches and agricultural properties. Because of his background, M.T. is very well rounded on BLM permits and USFS grazing allotments, as well as various ranch conservation and enhancement programs through the NRCS. He is easy to talk to, and always willing to share his knowledge.

M.T. is an avid hunter who enjoys the recreational aspects of ranching as well. He is passionate about the outdoors and hunting big game. He has over 30 years experience hunting mule deer, elk, and antelope. His extensive experience hunting has given him a very good handle on the type of property and habitat it takes to produce trophy class bulls and bucks. He has many friends and contacts who are avid hunters and share his enthusiasm for the outdoors.

M.T. is married with three kids and enjoys raising them on a ranch. His kids are his buckaroos all summer long and trot lots of miles with dad. His wife Cori has a degree in Ag Business and works with the family operating the ranch.
