About Nat Steinhoff

Born in Durango, Colorado, I moved to Wyoming at age three and have proudly called it home ever since. Growing up, I developed a deep appreciation for Wyoming s rugged beauty and its tight-knit communities. After graduating from Green River High School (Go Wolves!), I earned a bachelor s degree in finance from the University of Wyoming, where I met my wife, Becca. My real estate journey began in Memphis, Tennessee, working in collegiate housing development across the U.S. This experience exposed me to the diversity of communities nationwide and strengthened my appreciation for Wyoming s unique charm. In 2012, my wife s career brought us to Casper, where I discovered a true sense of belonging. After researching local firms, I joined Lisa Burridge & Associates Real Estate, where I spent 12 transformative years. I advanced from buyer s agent to listing agent, operations manager, responsible broker, and part-owner. During that time, I oversaw thousands of transactions and helped build over 1,000 homes in Natrona County. Our team was often ranked among the top in the nation for transaction volume, and I mentored many agents who are now leaders in Casper s real estate market. In 2023, I founded Steinhoff & Company Real Estate under the cloud-based brokerage LPT Realty. My brand focuses on commercial real estate while continuing to serve past clients and referrals in residential transactions. At Steinhoff & Company, we attract rather than promote, educate rather than convince, and prioritize relationships and win-win solutions for our clients. Beyond real estate, I m deeply invested in Casper s growth and success. I currently serve as President of the Platte River Trails Trust Board, working to enhance Casper s trail systems and quality of life. Casper s community spirit inspires me it s a city where people come together to make big things happen, from David Street Station to the YMCA. When I m not working, I enjoy exploring Casper Mountain, a local treasure my family called home for seven years. My wife, Becca, and our sharp, spirited daughter, Lydia, remind me daily why I m committed to making Casper the best place to live, work, and play.
