Scott Brookins

Scott Brookins is an Account Manager and Real Estate Agent with responsibilities including oversight and implementation of management activities on private, non-industrial clients forestlands in the Statesboro, Georgia office. He has over forty years of land management and real estate brokerage experience in Georgia and Alabama. Scott joined the firm in January 2022 as part of FRCs acquisition of Land Management Group, LLC (LMG).

Since 1985, Scott served as Owner and Managing Partner of LMG (formerly known as Lanier-Brookins, Inc.). Established in 1974, Lanier-Brookins was a forestry consulting, appraisal, and real estate company with a client base of private and institutional landowners located in Georgia and Alabama. Scott received and Associates of Forest Management from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College and is a Licensed Sales Agent in Georgia.
