Scott Larsen

Scott Larsen has been associated with the Real Estate world for over 25 years, many of which he owned and operated a mortgage company called Crossroads Mortgage that operated in 9 states. The mortgage business was driven by Real Estate Agents, so Scott developed a close working relationship with many agents and over time learned their side of the business better than most of them! After many years of actually being licensed as a Real Estate Agent, Scott moved over to that side of the industry and left the mortgage business behind. Scott is a family man, with his wife Natalie of 30 years and 5 children, as well as 5 grandchildren. When not chasing kids and dealing with other business issues, Scott flies Falcons and hunts with them. This passion has given him a concentrated dose of familiarity with most of the land, both public and private, all over Idaho, Wyoming and Northern Nevada. Understanding land comes natural to Scott.
