Sean Philyaw

"Buy dirt" Sean's grandfather used to say, "they're not making any more of it." Sean took heed and began investing in real estate in 2003. He has experience with office / warehouse, retail, and raw land, most recently investing in recreational timberland and navigating the intricacies of planting Longleaf Pine trees using government cost sharing programs. He also has experience with planning and zoning processes, project development, construction and property management.
