I have thoroughly enjoyed serving my many clients over the past several decades here in Southwest Utah. I know the area well and can point out the pros and cons of the various properties that a Buyer expresses interest in. Whether it is a first home, a second home or the Buyer's final home, we discuss the needs of the Buyer and Match up with those homes that will be the best fit. I know the surrounding mountain lands as well, including the recreational properties and ski resorts. For many of my clients, an escape to the serenity of the mountains is their heartfelt desire and each area of the private mountain developments has its own special features. For Sellers, I have the knowledge and connections to properly assess the value of their real estate and place it on the market at the right price. Then I go to work to get it sold!
