Tim Clark

Tim was born and raised on a Quarter Horse Farm and in the Construction Industry with his Father as a General Contractor. Tim has been in the real estate industry since his childhood in San Angelo, Texas. Tim worked within his familys home building business and this experience led Tim to discover his entrepreneurial talent early in life. Tim trained Quarter Horses all through school and learned the value of a good work ethic on the farm. Tim attended Angelo State University and received a BBA in Accounting upon graduation in 1990.

Utilizing his financial skills Tim opened his landscape & construction business following his graduation. After 18 years Tim sold this business to focus on his passion of commercial & ranch real estate. In 2002 Tim relocated to the Granbury area and completed his real estate licensing; receiving his license in 2003. Tim was drawn to the professionalism and realistic analysis of data he found working in the Commercial market. This motivated Tim to receive his real estate Broker license in 2007 and complete his designation as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) that same year. Tim is honored to be one of only 12,000 in North America to have this designation and continues to identify new ways to be an expert in the Commercial, Industrial and Ranch Real Estate fields.

Tim enjoys time with his wife, Tiffany, and sons, Preston and Parker, in Weatherford. They raise beef cattle, longhorns and PBR Bucking Bulls. Together they continue to invest in the community, New River Fellowship Church and local businesses to share their belief of giving to others and doing what is right.
