Tom Saenz

I am from Corpus Christi, Tx. I went to Carroll High School and graduated in 1985. In 1992 I graduated from Corpus Christi State University (now Texas A&M Corpus Christi) with a Bachelors's in Psychology. I attended Sam Houston State University, where I graduated in 1996 with a Masters in Counseling. In 2000, I moved back to Corpus Christi and began to manage my family's property, which started my love of real estate.

In 2007 I received my Real Estate License, and in 2009 I started working with Gomez Properties in Corpus Christi, where I focused on Farm and Ranch and Residential sales. In 2011, I moved to The Place of Houses of Texas LLC, where I concentrate on Farm and Ranch, Residential, and Leasing.

In 2014, The Place of Houses of Texas LLC franchised and became Weichert, Realtors-The Place of Houses. I currently focus on Buyer Representation and Listing Residential properties. I am still in love with Farm and Ranch, mainly because I have been a rancher since birth.
