Welcome to Wallys Land, we are a family run land investment business. My name is Wally Jones and I was born in Clearwater, Florida, but raised in Orlando. I went to college in Gainesville and Miami and lived in Fort Lauderdale after school. When I was a little kid growing up, I will never forget the 3-5-day family camping trips my dad used to take me and my five siblings on. We would visit and canoe at Suwanee River, Withlacoochee River, Ichetucknee River, St Johns River, and many other places throughout Florida. As an adult I found a niche in Real Estate land Investing and realized how much I love investing in land especially Florida Land because of all the great memories I had growing up.

We are not a big company nor a Realtor. At Wallys Land we strive to make land ownership affordable to all! We understand that banks do not like to finance raw land purchases, so if you cant pay cash, we offer owner financing with terms.
