Check out this mostly level 1 acre lot. Could be a great storage spot &/or parking lot/staging area. Or maybe set up a billboard or two? Rezoning would be needed as it is currently zoned residential. Seller had a well dug when they purchased it, but it has not used in years. Though this is zoned residential, according to building codes it is not large enough to build a home on today because you need at least 3 acres for a septic and well on the same parcel. There used to be a house and barn on the property so there may be some remnants of those.
