There are three short term rental units totaling 2,379 sq.ft. currently being used as Air BNBs. In addition, there are three cowboy cabins for long term rental units, six RV hookups, and a 150250 rodeo-sized arena that hosts rodeo events once a month. A stellar group of cutting horses, livestock, and petting zoo animals will convey with the sale.

There are two fishing ponds, one of which is stocked with catfish while the other is stocked with bass. The property is entirely low fenced allowing for optimal hunting for native wildlife but is also stocked with Scimitar Horned Oryx and rams. Four hunting blinds, three corn feeders, and one protein feeder are already in place to facilitate hunts from day one.
