My wife and I are selling 102.5 acres in Vinton County Ohio. The property has an abundance of wildlife if youre a hunter, and also includes a beautiful pond. We had the standing timber appraised and they stated that there was approximately $100,000 of mature trees on our property. There is no exact address as we have never lived on the property, so a new survey will be required.
