The commercial indoor equestrian arena is the centerpiece of the ranch and would give opportunity for clinics, training, roping, barrel racing, team penning, sorting or any equine event. The current owners use the arena to bring calving cows inside in inclement weather.

History

Formerly the ranch was owned by noted rodeo family, Marlene and Doug McRae and was set up to be an equine training facility and cattle operation.

Location

It’s only 114 miles from DIA and 68 miles to the Colorado Springs Airport. The ranch is accessed directly off of State Highway 94. The ranch is 30 miles south of Limon Colorado, with numerous small communities in the general area, such as Punkin Center, Karval, Rush, Yoder and Ordway.
