FIRECRACKER RANCH
The Firecracker Ranch is 112 acres (approximately) of Hill Country heaven. With about 3000 feet of Firecracker Ranch exposure, the river was still flowing here even during the drought of 2011. Natural limestone slabs line the river and deep pools house schools of catfish. The open pastures showcase beautiful old trees with road frontage on several sides. The unique two-story German-style home sits up on the hill overlooking the pasture. It has one bedroom, one bathroom and a loft and was built in the mid 2000's. The western style influenced main level features an expansive great room with vaulted ceilings, access to the spacious deck, and a dining area with a complete kitchen with everything a chef could want. Beside the house is a fire pit, perfect for star gazing on a chilly night. Only minutes from Blanco on county road 403 (Tejas Trail), this is the ideal weekend getaway with easy access from San Antonio and Austin.
