The Subject Property is primarily comprised of silt loam soils that are suited to growing cotton, corn and soybeans.

Blankenship Farm on both sides of the Jefferson County and Lincoln County lines in Southeast Arkansas, along the southern bank of the Arkansas River. The farm is comprised of two non-contiguous tracts, totaling approximately +/-1,147 gross acres. The property contains 414.44 irrigated FSA cropland acres, approximately 124 acres of pasture, with the remaining acres being comprised of woods, roads and water. All acres are located on the inside of the Arkansas River Levee.

Recreational opportunities include deer and duck hunting, along with access to the Arkansas river for fishing.

Directions

Driving south from Pine Bluff on US Highway 65 to the community of Moscow, turn east on Blankenship Road for 3.5 miles to the west side of the property. Blankenship Road becomes Arkansas River Levee Road and the larger north tract and turns southeast around to the southeastern most tract. Both tracts are located on the north side of the levee.
