Property Location:

Tracts 1-3: From the intersection of Highway 36 and 48th Avenue Southeast near Pettibone, North Dakota, go five miles south, then one-half mile east on 24th Street Southeast, then south again one and one-half miles on 48 1/2 Avenue Southeast. This will bring you to the north side of the property.

Tract 4: From Medina, North Dakota, go two miles north on County Road 68, then turn left and go five miles west on 34th Street Southeast. From here, turn right onto 50th Avenue Southeast and go one mile north, then one mile west on 33rd Street Southeast, then one-half mile north on 49th Avenue Southeast. This will bring you to the southeast corner of the property.
