The properties are situated in southwestern Tulare County, California, approximately six to seven miles northwest of the City of Delano. They are located just west of Highway 43, on the south side of Avenue 16.

There are twelve (12) onsite irrigation wells. Trees are irrigated by a double drip irrigation system.
