Resting high on the colorful bluffs of South Canyon Point are these 1,450 acres of tree-covered rolling hills and open meadows, with 18.92-acre ft. of new water rights. Amazing views of the La Sal Mountains to the North and the Abajo Mountains to the Southwest are breathtaking. Church Rock is located to the northwest, just off of the bluffs. Well-maintained San Juan county roads lead to the gated access, and the remoteness from towns and cities gives the property a secluded feel. The ranch has fencing and cross-fencing for cattle grazing. Open grass meadows dissect the tree-covered rolling hills and provide plenty of diverse foliage, which is great for the Mule Deer, Elk, Black Bear, and occasional Mountain Lion in this incredible setting. The property has four new water rights (one for each of its four parcels).
