Directions to Farm: From Hwy 74 & Cotton Rd (E0260Rd) go 1.5 miles west to auction property on the south side of the road, watch for sign.

Tract 1- This tract consists of 160 acres more or less according to the county assessor. The County FSA office reports 120.71 acres of cropland with the balance being in grass pasture. There is a good 5-wire perimeter fence surrounding the property, cross fencing that separates the pasture as well as a small pond for water access. The farm has a 120.5 acre wheat base with a 36 bushel PLC yield. Selling surface rights only.

Principal soil types are: Kirkland Silt loam, 1-3% slopes, class II; Grainola Silty Loam, 1-3% slopes, class III; Renfrow Silty Clay Loam 3-5% slopes, class IV.
