At 96 square feet, this fully wired well house is also useful as a garden shed as it is currently used to store shovels, rakes, lawnmowers, and other lawn and garden equipment.
Shop

The house and guest house is each serviced by a septic tank with infiltration panels. Water is provided by Red River Rural Water Supply and the electricity is provided on two meters by South Plains Electric Coop.
