General: This is an all around hunters dream ranch! The ranch has a great location right in the middle of big deer country. Great south Texas brush combined with rich fertile soil, year-round live water, and a center pivot irrigation system makes this ranch a very unique property.

As far as the bird population, the quail is good and the Dove last year was truly remarkable! Most definitely this ranch has the potential for an outstanding commercial hunting operation.
