The property is located in southwestern Rapides Parish just north of Plainview High School. This triangular shaped tract has LA -112 as its eastern boundary. Refuge Road (Doshie Cut-off Road) is the northern boundary of the property, and Doshie Road is the western boundary of the property. The tract has excellent access, water, cable, and electricity.

The tract has gentle topography and three small streams running through the tract.

This tract supports a Longleaf Pine plantation established in 2008. Approximately 10 acres is a streamside management zone along the drainages.
