The Rio Blanco Hill 17 consists of 17 acres bordering Highway 13 south of Meeker, Colorado and north of Rifle, Colorado. The land borders and has direct access into BLM (public lands) and has a well and power on the property. Also adjoining the property is the Jensen W. grazing allotment.

The 17 acres runs parallel to Highway 13 and would make a great home site or a hunting base camp. This parcel was historically used in conjunction with a large sheep operation and the well on the property was used for the water source off of the grazing allotment. The hunting is excellent in this area with good numbers of resident elk and deer and large numbers migratory elk  moving through later on.
