The bid package will include bidding instructions and additional due diligence items such as maps, photos, etc. Initial Bids are due Friday, March 22, 2024, by 5PM PST.

A limited number of qualified Prospective Purchasers will be invited to the next round. Prospective Purchases must submit a final purchase and Sale Agreement. Sale Agreements are due Friday, April 5, 2024, by 5PM PST.
