Upper Peninsula forested land under 8 miles to Ishpeming in Michigan's Upper Peninsula. This property has great access off of County Road 573 and then along woods roads to the property. Despite being close to town the property is remote with no interior roads, just woods full of spruce and pine. Good deer sign on the property as adjoining land has been harvested so the new growth is bringing deer in for the food. There is a nice clearing at the end of the woods road that would make a really nice cabin site. Very affordable land in a great location. Adjoining 190 acres is also available with frontage on the Little Dead River.
From Ishpeming Follow CR 573 (Deer Lake Rd) North. Turn West on truck trail north of North Camp Rd. The access road is .9 miles north of North Camp Road. You may drive in but keep gate closed after entry. This is the easement road Proceed to the first fork and bear right. Proceed to the tree line which is one of the property lines. This road will dead end with a small cul-de-sac.
