RECREATION:

This cabin is a great base camp for recreation of all kinds. There is good fishing on Poncha Creek or just a few miles up the road at O'Haver Lake. Poncha Creek runs through the property year round and the property borders literally millions of acres of National Forest public land. Right from the property you can enjoy a scenic drive over Marshall Pass, an adventurous UTV ride over the Otto Mears Toll Road to Bonanza, a hike or mountain bike ride on the Rainbow Trail. All of these routes tie into hundreds of additional miles of trails for endless exploring. There is plenty of snowmobiling and cross country skiing right from the cabin. Excellent big game hunting in the area as well. Located in hunting unit 561 and within two miles of units 86 and 681 providing plenty of options for big game hunting including draw and over the counter tags.
