Crooked Horn Ranch

Crooked Horn Ranch is a hunters paradise with scenic views from elevated hill tops where one can see for miles. This high-fenced ranch is 2,115 acres and is stocked with premium whitetail, but also provides for a cattle operation with its native grasses and multiple stock tanks. Leases: There is a June-to-June cattle lease in place. The sellers own the mineral estate. There is active production that generates roughly $1,400 per month. All minerals, royalties and leasing rights will be conveyed with the sale. No reservations.

Access: The property can be accessed in two ways, entering from the north or south. The north entrance is the main entrance with an easement coming off R G Loop Road. The main entrance easement is one mile long, completely graveled, goes through one owner and a direct line from R G Loop Road to the property. The second access is from Finch Road that enters the property from the south.
