The 2,150 acre Cauthorn Ranch is located in Val Verde County just 3 miles south of Juno, Texas. The ranch is comprised of three distinct habitat types. The habitat types range from Chihuahuan Desert, Edwards Plateau, and South Texas Brushland. Along with the distinct flora is an array of topographical diversity. Rolling hills, shear rock bluff canyons, flat land, and old arroyos carved through time make up the landscape. Wildlife abounds throughout the ranch due to the habitat diversity. Game species include White-tailed Deer, Turkey, Blue and Bob-White Quail, Aoudad, Dove, and occasionally Mule Deer. Improvements include one water well, numerous water troughs, cattle pens, and electricity.
