The Z Triangle Ranch is located in a picturesque valley along the Hassayampa River. The ranch has approximately 28 acres of irrigated land where water is provided by an irrigation well and two side roll sprinklers. The ranch has a perimeter fence and that part of the portion of the ranch that is located east of the Wagoner Road is fenced separately from the western part. Livestock water is provided from the domestic well at the headquarters.

Owner's Residence

This residence was built in 1924 and is of adobe construction (approximately 2' thick adobe walls) with a flat roof. The residence has a kitchen with a wood burning stove, dining room, living room, den, and laundry room. There is a guest wing that has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath.

Workers Quarters

Approximately 1287 sq. ft. built in 1946, 1 bedroom, 1 bath, kitchen and living room. The building is of frame/stucco construction with a flat roof. There is one fireplace

Barn

Approximately 1924 sq. ft. wood frame construction barn with a tack room. There are a set of corrals located next to the barn.

Water

There are three (3) wells on the ranch. One is a domestic well (Registration No.55-901948) located near the residence; and the other is an irrigation well (Registration No. 55-608272) with a 15 HP submersible pump. There is a hand dug well (Registration No. 55-645131) that is not in use. There is one (1) livestock drinker that provides water to the pasture located east of the Wagoner Road.
