Legal Description: Situate on the waters of Little Bluestone Creek in Jumping Branch District of Summers County, West Virginia Being Tract no. 4 as shown on a Map Entitled "Property Map Showing a Division of Property owned by the Estate of Lilly J. Halstead." said tract no. 4 being more particularly bounded and described as follows:

Beginning at a Pond a corner to a tract of land now or formerly owned by Guy W. Basham and tracts nos. 3 and 4, "thence" leave tract no. 3 and with the dividing line of tracts no. 4 and Basham.

N. 9 14' E. for 534.11 feet to a Birch and Lynn on the South Bank of Stewards Branch a corner to Guy W. and R.W. Basham, "thence" leave Guy W. Basham and with the dividing line of tract no. 4 and R.W. Basham. The following 3 calls, with Meanders of Stewards Branch.

S. 74 15' E. for 136.32 feet; N. 88 33' E. for 298.84 feet; N. 63 18' E. for 205.24 feet to a point on the North Bank of said Branch point being the common corner of tracts nos. 4 and 5, "thence' leave R.W. Basham and with the dividing line of tracts nos. 4 and 5

S. 9 22' E. for 1,415.84 feet to a point in a tract now or formerly owned by A.B. Pack, "thence" leave tract No. 5 and with the dividing line of tract no. 4 and Pack.

S. 70 55' W. for 720.95 feet to a point, common corner of Tracts Nos. 3 and 4, "thence" leave Pack and with the dividing line of Tracts Nos. 3 and 4.

N. 13 23' W. for 1,071.84 feet to beginning, containing 24.587 acres.

And being more particularly set out on a map which is on file in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Summers County, West Virginia and said map recorded in Plat Cabinet A at 145 and the property hereby conveyed identified on said map as tract no. 4 and said map was prepared by Dennis J. Lilly dated the 5th day of December, 1983 and described as property map showing a division of property owned by the estate of Lilly J. Halstead situate in Jumping Branch District, Summers County, West Virginia.

And being a part of the property which was conveyed to Lilly Jennings Halstead by deed dated the 27th day of March, 1933 from J.W. Basham, single. Which deed is recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County Commission of Summers County, West Virginia in Deed Book No. 68 at page 454.

And for consideration aforesaid set out and subject to the conditions hereinafter mentioned, the parties of the first part do further Grant and Convey unto the party of the second part her heirs, devisees and assigns the right to use in common with the parties of the first part their heirs, devisees and assigns the right-of-way as a means of ingress and egress as the same now exist or which is to be constructed on the Lilly J. Halstead 125 acre tract of land from the property herein conveyed to the county road.

The parties of the first part excepts and reserved unto themselves, their heirs, devisees and assigns their right to use in common with the party of the second part her heirs, devisees and assigns the said right-of-way for the purpose of ingress and egress which extends of the property herein above conveyed.

It is further agreed by all parties hereto that the said right of way is to be ________ feet wide and is not to be obstructed by any gates or fences.

This deed is made and accepted subject to all prior reservations, restrictions, covenants and conditions made by all predecessors in title except those pertaining to race, color and creed.
