Vegetation/Terrain: The ranch is approximately 2/3 hills and canyons, and 1/3 level terrain on the south and western side. Elevation ranges from 3600 feet ASL for the headquarters, up to 4200 feet ASL. Vegetation is typical to the Trans Pecos area with tremendous diversity, totaling 268 grass species throughout the region. Trees include juniper, scrub oak, pinon pine and live oak and desert shrub include creosote flats, yucca and cholla. Typically it may snow once or twice a year.
Utilities: Solar, propane and optional generator. This ranch has a self sufficient compound that is not dependent on commercial utilities.
Wildlife: Elk, mule deer, Aoudad, Whitetail deer, Javelina, Blue Quail, turkey and Pronghorn Antelope.
