The Wild Bunch Ranch is located in Eastern Arizona in the Clifton Ranger District, Apache Sitgreaves National Forest 1.5 hours north of Morenci, Arizona.

The headquarters sits on 15 deeded acres located at the end of the Juan Miller Road and is completely surrounded by National Forest. Situated at 4500 feet in elevation, the 3,000 sf. ranch house is a 5 bedroom, 1 bath home with four of its bedrooms off a long hallway on a separate wing of the house making it a perfect set-up for a large family, hunting or guest ranch. The headquarters also includes a 1,000 sf. bunk house, squeeze chute, corrals, loading chute, scales, tack room and hay barn.

The headquarters is off the grid and powered by a propane generator, heat is provided by wood stove and water from a 60+ gpm spring.

The 23,027 acre allotment is divided into eight well-watered pastures and managed by deferred rest rotation. Feed is plentiful with a variety of grass and browse species. A NEPA assessment has been completed in 2019 authorizing 311 CYL plus 48 head of hold-over yearlings and 8 horses. The Wild Bunch Allotment is active currently stocked with 238 quality beef cows and 17 bulls.

The cattle run in ages between 3-8 years old, are native to the allotment and included in the sale. The pastures contain interior corrals and traps. The ranch is well-watered by a system of springs, creeks, storage tanks, and pipe lines with drinkers.

Calves are weaned at good weights and a hold-over yearling permit allows it owner to take advantage of seasonal feed for weight gain or provide an easy transition for replacement heifers.
