HIDDEN VALLEY FARM FOUR HOUSE BROILER FARM IN BANKS COUNTY, GEORGIA

Hidden Valley Farm is a four house Broiler Farm located in Banks County, Georgia. The farm has two 40500 houses built in 1994 and two houses that are 50500 built in 1999. The farm is not in production currently. Integrators in the area are Fieldale Farm, MarJac Farms, Wayne Farms, and Pilgrims. The farm has 24+/- acres with it.

The farm has the current equipment:

Generators

Solid Interior and Exterior Walls

Two Feed Silos per house

Underground power

Knee Braces

Some updated fans

Some updated Cool Cell Pads

Concrete or Concrete Block foundations

All houses have a control room

Two houses have tunnel doors over the cool cells

This farm will need updates. The update list may be different for each integrator. As of September 7, 2022 we do not have an update list from any of the integrators in the area. This may change in the future. We do feel like several of the integrators can use these houses in production.

All visitors to this farm must be accompanied by a PoultrySouth Team Member. All visitors to the farm must prove at least $125,000 in down payment before any visit to the farm. Any agent that wishes to show the farm should contact PoultrySouth and complete a Co-Brokerage Agreement provided by PoultrySouth.
