County Road 327, George West, TX 78022 - Live Oak County

Large mesquite trees and native brush provide good wildlife habitat for deer and other game animals. Located on the corner of CR 327 with access from the west and/or south sides. This property could be used a weekend get-a-way, a small hunting property or a place of a permanent residence.

There is an old house located on the southeast corner of this property which is in poor condition and has not been occupied for 10 years. Electricity is provided by San Patricio Electric ,there is a water well (condition unknown) and probably a septic of some sort. The owner is concerned about the poor condition of the floors in the house and does not want anyone to fall through so he asks that no one be permitted inside for safety reasons. There is a storage shed/workshop nearby the old house. There is also a gravesite of the couple that resided there for many years and have been put to rest in peace.
