This is a beautiful little tract of timber/hunting land located in a good area of South Alabama. It has about 20 acres of genetically improved loblolly pine and 5 acres of natural hardwood land with lots of oaks. It has and abundance of deer, turkeys and small game. It has three developed food plots and three ladder stands. It was leased last season for a rental of $50.00 per acre. The hunter said that he saw several trophy sized bucks on camera, but never got a shot as he did not get to hunt very much. He harvested several does and small bucks. There were several trophies taken on the adjoining club on company land.
